The firm wished to preserve the site's industrial heritage in Vikhroli, driving the decision to recycle existing buildings to highlight their relevance in the past. Concrete, Corten steel, brass and timber are used to follow the Japanese wabi-sabi concept, which enables the buildings to age naturally and add layers to the project.
